These terms of use (the “Terms”) provide for the mutual rights and obligations associated with the use of the Website by Users. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms without prior notice to Users. Any change will be posted on the Website and, where appropriate, notified to Users by e-mail.

3. Forum and user generated content

3.2. The User grants us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to publish, display, reproduce, modify and commercially use any User generated content posted to the Website, for as long as it is shown on the Website.

3.3. The User confirms not to post any content that is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, discriminatory, invasive of another person's privacy, adult material, copyrighted material without the owner's consent, or that in any other way violates third-party rights or applicable laws.

3.4. User generated content expresses the views of individual Users and does not reflect our views. First posts of new Users and reviews are checked before they appear, but we do not check every post and bear no responsibility for the content of User posts. The User is liable for the content he or she posts.

3.5. It is prohibited to let third parties post User generated content under your name, or to post content created by third parties without their consent.

3.6. Abusive behaviour is strictly prohibited. This includes posting the same message in more than one place, spamming, flooding, chain letters, pyramid schemes and solicitation, posting promotions, advertisements, marketing materials or bonuses, and sending mass messages or e-mails.

3.7. We may remove or edit any User generated content, including links and promotional information, that we consider to be added by gambling-related websites, casinos or their affiliated parties for promotion or link building, at our sole discretion.

3.8. We may remove, edit or close any User generated content or the User's account at any time and without prior notice, at our sole discretion, if the content is abusive or breaks applicable law or these Terms.

3.9. We may reveal the User's identity, or other information collected on the Website, to the competent authorities if a formal complaint or legal action starts because of the User's activity on the Website.

3.10. Users can write and publish reviews and ratings of online casinos. The User promises that the review is correct and true and reflects a genuine experience with the reviewed casino. A User may review each casino only once and may not review a casino with which he or she has a personal or professional relationship. We may remove or edit reviews that do not follow these rules.

3.11. Reviews should reflect the truthful experience of players. We may delete reviews written because a casino motivated the User to write them, for example by offering a bonus in exchange for a review.

3.12. We do not have the Users' permission to share their personal information, including their e-mail address, with the casinos they reviewed or rated. We therefore do not share it with a casino to help identify a reviewer. A casino that wishes to contact a reviewer can respond directly to the review.

4. Final provisions

4.1. If the English version of these Terms and a version in another language differ, the English version applies.

4.2. These Terms can be changed at any time without prior notice. The latest version is always the one published on the Website.

The governing law and the competent court are to be named by the lawyer.
